Oven Roasted Tomatoes
I’m not typically a tomato person, but these little garlic infused flavor bombs are too good to pass up! With just a few ingredients and some time to prep, these oven roasted tomatoes are quite possibly one of the most amazing treats to ever come out of our oven!
Ingredients:
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Garlic
- Olive Oil
-Salt
-Pepper
The Process:
1. Preheat oven - Bake 350
2. Cut cherry tomatoes in half long ways and squish out the seeds - don’t skip this step, taking the seeds out makes a huge difference not only in flavor but overall consistency!
3. Mince garlic and add to a bowl with tomatoes, EVOO, salt and pepper, stir until evenly combined
4. Align seasoned tomatoes “garlic” side up on cookie sheet and bake for 25/35 min depending on how “done” you want them!
On the off chance they actually make it off the cookie sheet, we love adding these lil guys to pasta dishes, salads and tacos!
