The "Before" - Home Sweet Home
Hi Friends! First real post, here we go! So, some of you have been following along since the beginning on Instagram (shameless plug @ourlittlebungalow_ ) and it's been quite the journey so far, right? To catch the newbies up to speed, I purchased this house back in December 2016. For this first entry (and yes, I just so happen to be writing this on a Thursday) let's do a little #tbt and take us all the way back to day 1. After nine long months of searching for the perfect O.C. abode, I finally found my little slice of heaven. Now, when you see the photos I know some of you may think, THIS? This is your slice of heaven? I'm not crazy, I promise ha! This house had great bones and from the second I walked through the front door, my imagination ran wild. I immediately started sketching out the kitchen, the fireplace (had to be a focal point, duh!) and visions of countless backyard barbecues flashed before my wide eyes! I had a very clear idea in my head of the redesigned house before we were even finished with the first walk through. I knew I was home.
This is the first time the "before" shots will be all in one place for everyone to see, get ready people, some of these are a sight! I keep forgetting just how far we have come in such a short period of time and I am so proud of my tight knit team! Working mostly weekends, my family and I have kicked some serious reno-ass! Without further ado, feast your eyes on the "before" shots!

Check out this master bathroom! Might be the teeny tiniest bathroom of ALL time...we could barely fit two adults in here at once! Oh, and who likes the pastel/floral wall paper??

What do you think? Told you they were a trip! I hope you guys are as excited as I am to show you the progress shots as well as the afters (still in progress believe it or not!)
