Easter Brunch

Easter Sunday Funday:

IMG_9733edit.jpg

Another holiday in the books! Flowers, food, family and friends filled the house and Oliver even enjoyed his first Easter egg hunt! It is always such a joy to have everyone over for special days like these. The weather was perfect, the blood orange mimosas were flowing and the food was delicious, of course!

The Menu: Spinach/sun-dried tomato/goat cheese quiche, breakfast potato casserole, bourbon glazed ham, traditional Hungarian breakfast items (Beet-pickled eggs, Easter bread, Easter cheese, homemade sausage, kiffles and almond pillows) and even a build your own parfait bar.

The Flowers: Creating these beautiful arrangements was my favorite part and although they took about an hour or so, it was 100% worth it. I used a mix of ranunculus, mini roses, snap dragons, carnations and greenery all from Trader Joes!

The Table: I was able to create this gorgeous table in a matter of days with items found from our local thrift store! Check it out here - How to: Spring Tablescape
