Breakfast for Beginners
Quick and Easy Oats
We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day…but there are some days when I look up and I realize that it’s already 11am! In the spirit of #hotgirlsummer…I’m brining back this childhood favorite, with a little twist. This foolproof, filling breakfast is a sure fire way to keep you full till lunch!
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup quick oats
-1 cup vanilla almond milk
-1 tbsp hemp seeds
-1 tbsp cocao nibs
-1 tsp of peanut butter
-drizzle of honey
The Process:
Add oats and milk into microwave bowls and cook as directed
Top with banana, hemp seeds, cocao, peanut butter and honey
Enjoy
