Tropical and Tasty Breakfast Smoothie
Been on a real smoothie kick lately as the final few days of pregnancy approaches! They are so easy to make and can add much needed protein to your daily routine! The key: FROZEN BANANAS…check out one of my favorites below:
Ingredients:
- 1 *frozen* banana
- Pineapple
- Mango
- Plant Milk
- Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
How To:
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, slowly adding more milk until desired consistency is achieved - drink immediately and enjoy!
